Club Cocal Co-Founder and Visionary

Co-Founder of Club Cocal, having been licensed in real estate, insurance, financial planning, and banking compliance, Will Lehr, CAMS, brings a broad and deep portfolio of experience. 

Will has seen numerous real estate markets come to fruition over the years. Places he knew were unique before the crowd had discovered them. Will has invested in and sold real estate over the last 25 years in markets like Charleston, SC, Park City, UT, Austin, TX, and Costa Rica. He is convinced El Salvador is the next undiscovered gem.

As an early entrepreneur in the bitcoin and cryptocurrency space Will helped thousands of investors become financially free with early investments into bitcoin and crypto.  He personally established the first self directed IRA in the country to hold bitcoin in 2013.
